Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly being applied in medicine, with growing evidence supporting its role in screening, phenotyping, risk stratification, and personalized treatment. In sleep medicine, AI shows significant potential in the management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). While algorithm-based support for continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) use is not new, AI-driven personalized approaches aimed at improving adherence, patient satisfaction, and OSA-related outcomes are still emerging. Observational studies suggest promising applications of AI in CPAP management; however, independent randomized trials are needed to validate these approaches and determine their impact on neurologic, cardiovascular, and metabolic outcomes compared with traditional methods.
