前庭阵发症（VP）与Meige综合征（MS）是分别起源于外周前庭系统和中枢锥体外系通路的两种不同临床疾病。我们报告一例罕见的69岁女性患者，同时患有VP和MS。个体化药物治疗缓解了眩晕，并显著改善了眼睑痉挛。MRI和多学科协作是关键。

英文摘要

VP and MS are distinct clinical entities arising from the peripheral vestibular system and central extrapyramidal pathways, respectively. We report a rare case of a 69-year-old woman with coexistence of VP and MS. Individualized pharmacotherapy resolved vertigo and markedly improved blepharospasm. MRI and multidisciplinary collaboration were key.
